1. Acceptance
By using GenUI, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
GenUI is an AI-powered UI code generator. Users enter text prompts and receive React/Tailwind CSS component code. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
3. Usage Limits
- Free users: 3 generations per day (per user ID)
- Pro users: unlimited generations while subscription is active
- Limits reset daily at midnight UTC
- We reserve the right to adjust limits with reasonable notice
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for illegal purposes
- Attempt to bypass usage limits
- Scrape, crawl, or reverse-engineer the service
- Generate malicious, harmful, or abusive content
- Share your Pro subscription across multiple users
5. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of the code you generate. We make no claim over your prompts or generated output. The service itself, including its UI and branding, is our intellectual property.
6. Third-Party API Keys
If you provide your own API key:
- You are responsible for any costs incurred by that key
- The key is encrypted in your browser and never stored on our servers
- We are not liable for any charges from third-party providers
7. Limitation of Liability
GenUI is provided "as is" without any warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to: lost revenue, lost data, or third-party API charges.
8. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify Pro subscribers of material changes via email.
